FAQ

Generally, we ask customers to allow a week for the product to be dispatched and then a further 3-5 days for delivery. Some orders may be processed slightly quicker, however due to the nature of our products being hand crafted and bespoke, the products do take some time to make as they are made to order.

We do not accept refunds due to the nature of the bespoke boxes, however, in the event of any items arriving damaged we will be happy to provide a replacement, please get in touch with the team and we will aim to rectify any issues.

While we do offer some bespoke items outside of the boxes, the boxes will include items that are not sold separately. We aim to make these boxes special and in order to keep them special, we do offer more intricate designs on the products that go into the boxes.
